Choose an Internet Protocol (IP) address resource to be associated with the network name.
If an IP address resource does not already exist, create one. If necessary, obtain the IP address from your network administrator. This must be a static IP address. When the Network Name resource is brought online, the IP address resource with which it is associated is included when the name is registered with the various name resolution services. |
